A statue of a 19th Century MP has been turned into Rudolph the red-nosed reindeer in what has become something of a tradition in a Warwickshire village.
The statue in Dunchurch is said to have a very shiny noes to the left.
Lord John Douglas-Montagu-Scott's statue has been styled many times since the 1970s - being dressed up as everything from a Star Wars Stormtrooper to Olympic athletes and even SpongeBob Squarepants.
In his Rudolph incarnation, it is hoped he will direct Santa through ongoing roadworks in the village, down chimneys and under trees to deliver presents.
