Police are trying to trace a car
A 14-year-old boy stabbed in Coventry earlier this week was attacked by three people who had jumped from a car, police have said.
The "unprovoked attack" happened in Wexford Road, Wood End, at around 9.30pm on Tuesday (February 2) and saw the youngster taken to hospital.
West Midlands Police say his injuries turned out not to be serious.
Officers are now appealing for anyone who witnessed the incident, which saw the victim approached by three people who had jumped out of a car, to come forward.
CCTV from the area is also being examined.
