In my postcode area, there is a leisure centre, a grammar school, a Waitrose supermarket, and three notorious dogging sites.

But the council still struggles to attract new residents.

My suggestion?
Spoiler:
Get rid of the leisure centre.
Of course it'll fit; you just need a bigger hammer.
