A 35-year-old from Lutterworth is also charged with making threats to kill
A man has been charged with possession of an imitation firearm, with intent to cause fear of violence, threats to kill, affray, and criminal damage.
The charges follow an incident in Bedworth on Wednesday evening (August 26).
Armed police surrounded an address on Newtown Road, in the Warwickshire town, at around 6.30pm.
Today (Friday, August 28), Warwickshire Police said David Shuttlewood, of High Cross Road in Lutterworth was remanded in custody overnight.
The 35-year-old is set to appear at Coventry Magistrates' Court later today.
