Emmerdale appealed to 5.59m (31.4%) at 7pm on ITV and 173k (0.9%) on +1 as Vanessa worried about her pregnancy.
Elsewhere, 4.38m (21.8%) saw Mo decide to contact her birth father on Holby City at 8pm on BBC One.
Lindsey resolved to confront her past on Channel 4's Hollyoaks, which attracted 700k (4.3%) at 6.30pm, while E4's first look followed with 562k (3.2%) at 7pm and 133k (0.7%) on +1.
