Jungle Book tops the US box-office for a third week

The Jungle Book is king of the US box office once again after taking £42m in its third week.

The Jon Favreau-directed movie remains top, while The Huntsman: Winter’s War stays at 2 with $9.39m.

Meanwhile, Keanu is new at 3 with $9.35m and Mother’s Day is also a new entry at 4 with $8.3m.

Barbershop: The Next Cut is at 5 with $6m, animation Zootopia is at 6 with $5m and Ratchet & Clank arrives at 7 with $4.8m.

The Boss is at 8 with $4m and Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is at 9 with $3.8m.

Finally, Criminal rounds out the top ten with $1.3m.
