The stars of MTV's new remake of Teen Wolf have described the show's main selling points as "blood, shirtless men and mystery".



Teen Wolf begins tonight straight after the MTV Movie Awards, and cast members Tyler Hoechlin, Tyler Posey and Crystal Reed have claimed that there will be plenty for Twilight fans to enjoy.

"There's a lot of mystery," Hoechlin told MTV News, while Reed promised: "There's a lot of shirtless men."

Posey was also excited about the new project, in which he plays an outsider lacrosse player who is bitten by a werewolf and begins to exhibit superpowers.

"There's a lot of blood, and that's all you need in life: blood, shirtless men and mystery," Posey added. "Get ready for the gnarliest show you can feast your eyes on. It's just going to be a really cool show."

Teen Wolf launches on MTV tonight.
