Over on NBC, Mercy delivered a disappointing 4.11m, then Law & Order: Special Victims Unit put in 8.51m, a rise of 250k week-on-week. Minute To Win It interested 6.72m at 8pm.

Criminal Minds and CSI: NY both performed well for CBS, taking 12.88m and 11.36m respectively. In the 8pm hour, New Adventures of Old Christine climbed to 7.19m, and 6.65m tuned in for a repeat of The Big Bang Theory.
