The CW has decided to call time on the show when its current run concludes on May 13, reports TVLine.

The network's reboot of the hit '90s franchise premiered in 2008 starring the likes of Shenae Grimes, Tristan Wilds, AnnaLynne McCord and Michael Steger.

The series finale will likely be paired with a retrospective when it airs on The CW.

The show has attracted a number of star guest cameos, such as Ne-Yo, Billy Ray Cyrus and Taio Cruz, with UK popstar Olly Murs set to appear in an episode in April.

It was announced earlier this week that Michael Jackson's oldest son Prince Michael Jackson will also make his acting debut in the drama this year.

90210 continues on Mondays at 9pm ET on The CW.
