Announced this afternoon, the network has officially ordered additional episodes for “Charmed,” “Legacies,” and “All American.” However, “Charmed” will be the only show of the three to receive a traditional full season, with the order of nine additional episodes bringing its season total to 22. “Legacies” and “All American” have been picked up for three more episodes, bringing both of their season totals to 16.

With this announcement, the CW now joins ABC in having already picked up all of its freshman titles for additional episodes. Meanwhile, CBS, FOX, and NBC all have yet to pick up one of their rookie shows, with NBC revealing earlier today that their freshman comedy, “I Feel Bad,” will not be extended past its original 13-episode order.

The CW’s pickups today come as little of a surprise, considering the network’s tendency to stick with even their lowest-rated of shows for at least a season. “Charmed” has been doing the best of the three, which explains its full-season pickup. With a 0.4 live + same day average in adults 18-49 and 1.25 million viewers up to this point, it currently ranks as the network’s fourth highest-rated show.

After premiering to low numbers though, both “All American” and “Legacies” have managed to grow in their subsequent episodes. As of right now, the former has a 0.2 average rating, while “Legacies” has come in slightly ahead of it with a 0.3 average.
