Ray McKinnon has signed on to star in the upcoming fourth season of Sons of Anarchy.



The Deadwood star will play an eccentric prosecutor who targets the Sons in the FX biker drama, according to HitFix.

McKinnon has previously appeared in such films as 2009's The Blind Side, 2000's O Brother, Where Art Thou? and 1995's The Net.

He will also appear in the forthcoming Footloose remake, while his recent television credits include guest roles on Justified and CBS mini-series Comanche Moon.

Danny Trejo, Rockmond Dunbar, LaMonica Garrett and Niko Nicotera will all appear in the fourth season of Sons of Anarchy.

Series star Katey Sagal was recently nominated for a Critics' Choice Television Award for her role as Gemma Teller Morrow.

The fourth season of Sons of Anarchy will premiere on FX in September.
