Manganiello, who plays Alcide, explained that the "new wolf pack in town" will cause some problems.
"Wherever werewolves go, they never get along," he told E! Online. "So you're going to see a lot of fighting."
Manganiello also revealed that Alcide will also face some upheaval, saying: "My character has moved since last season. He was living in Jackson, but all that bad stuff went down in Jackson, so all I can say is he moves very close to Sookie now."
Manganiello, who was promoted to a series regular for the new season, has previously admitted that he has more nude scenes in the upcoming episodes.
True Blood returns on June 26 at 9pm on HBO.
