Hayes's new family comedy for the Peacock Network has been officially greenlit to pilot stage.

The multi-camera pilot stars Hayes as he juggles difficulties at work, where he is trying to please an unpredictable new boss, and home, where he aspires to be a good father to his teenage daughter.

Todd Milliner (Hot in Cleveland) will produce the pilot, from Better Off Ted creator Victor Fresco.

Arrested Development actor Bateman will join forces with DJ Nash, as the pair co-executive produce a single-camera comedy about a boy who watches his parents rekindle their friendship and grow closer following their divorce. The show is currently untitled.

Spitzer's new venture - a multi-camera show titled Holding Patterns - features a group of friends whose lives are changed after they survive a plane crash.

Girlfriend in a Coma, a comedy based on the Douglas Coupland novel of the same name, will also go into production with Nurse Jackie creator Liz Brixius writing and producing the pilot.

She will be joined by executive producers Dick Wolf and Peter Jankowski (Law & Order), plus Chicago Fire's Danielle Gelber.
