NBC has ordered a comedy series from Sarah Silverman to pilot.The Peacock Network first picked up the series in August after a bidding war between Fox, ABC and NBC. It has now been announced that the comedy series will be taken to pilot.
The show will star Silverman as a woman readjusting to being single after a decade spent in a relationship.
Silverman can next be seen on FX's The League, where she will play the sister of Andre (Paul Scheer) on the comedy's Thanksgiving episode.
NBC recently started developing a new comedy featuring puppets titled The New Nabors. The show will focus on a human family who lives next door to a group of puppets.
The network is currently developing a number of other new comedy projects as well, including a show starring Sean Hayes and a sitcom from Jack Black.
