Seth MacFarlane's second-best animation has been renewed for a 14th and 15th season.
TBS has decided to bring back American Dad! for 44 new episodes in total, meaning it will run through to 2018.
The cartoon arrived on TBS last year for its tenth season, and has become one of the cable network's top scripted series, having previously aired on Fox.
It also airs on TBS sister network Adult Swim as a repeat of each new episode after its premiere.
American Dad! follows the farcical adventures of the upper middle class Smith family in Northern Virginia, including CIA agent Stan, his wife and kids, Klaus the talking goldfish and Roger the alien. It sounds pretty ludicrous when you read it out loud, doesn't it?
