Big Hero 6 has debuted at number one in the US box office.
The comedy animation focuses on a robotics genius who becomes involved in a criminal plot to destroy the city of San Fransokyo.
The film took $56.2m in its first weekend, beating Christopher Nolan's sci-fi epic Interstellar by $6.2m.
Gone Girl, which recently became David Fincher's highest-grossing film in the US box office, is up one place to three.
Ouija is at four, with St. Vincent rounding out the top five with $5.7m.
Nightcrawler is down to six with $5.512m, Fury is down to seven with $5.5m and John Wick is at eight with $4.07m.
Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day is at nine, while The Book of Life (2014) is down five places to ten with $2.8m.
