How to Live With Your Parents For the Rest of Your Life is a multi-camera comedy about Polly (Sarah Chalke), a recently divorced single mum who moves back in with her eccentric parents, Elaine (Elizabeth Perkins) and cancer survivor Max (Brad Garrett), a couple who are full of life but have no boundaries.

Nashville is a family soap that stars Friday Night Lights actress Connie Britton as a country music star at her peak and Hayden Panettiere as another on the rise.

The Neighbors centers around a family (including Jami Gertz) who move to an upscale New Jersey suburb only to discover the people next door are extraterrestrials.

Family Tools, previously known as Red Van Man, is a single-camera comedy starring Kyle Bornheimer as a blue collar worker who puts his dreams on hold to take over the family handyman business from his dad (JK Simmons).

Red Widow (formerly Penoza) follows the widow of an assassinated criminal as she adopts her husband's role in a crime syndicate to protect her family. Lee Tergesen (Oz) will co-star.

Zero Hour is a thriller about a magazine editor (Anthony Edwards) at the centre of a conspiracy after his wife is kidnapped.

Finally, Last Resort is a thriller following the crew of a US nuclear submarine in the near future who become fugitives after ignoring an order to fire nuclear missiles. The cast includes Andre Braugher, Autumn Reeser, Scott Speedman, Dichen Lachman and Bruce Davison.

ABC has renewed dramas including Grey's Anatomy, Once Upon a Time and Revenge, as well as Scandal, Private Practice and Body of Proof.

New seasons of comedies Modern Family, Last Man Standing, Happy Endings, The Middle and Suburgatory have also been ordered.

Unscripted shows Dancing with the Stars, The Bachelor and Shark Tank will return to ABC, while Courteney Cox comedy Cougar Town will move to TBS.
