Lady GaGa has stated that she "really loved" the inspirational 'Born This Way' episode of Glee.



The latest edition of the Fox musical comedy - which was named after GaGa's recent single and included a rendition of the song itself - addressed issues such as body confidence and sexuality as members of New Directions
learned to love themselves.

After the show's US premiere, the 'Judas' singer tweeted: "I really loved Glee's Born This Way episode. I admire the show for being brave+fighting for such modern social messaging. Never back down."

Max Adler - who plays closeted jock David Karofsky in the show - recently stated that he was "proud" of his contribution to the 'Born This Way' episode.

Glee airs Tuesdays at 8pm ET/7pm CT on Fox. In the UK, the series airs on Mondays at 9pm on E4.
