Cartoon Network renews three new series

US channel the Cartoon Network has announced plans to renew three of its shows.



According to Yahoo News, the network has ordered new seasons of Adventure Time, Regular Show and MAD.

Adventure Time has been both a critical and commercial success for Cartoon Network since being picked up for a premiere season in April this year.

Both MAD, a spiritual successor to cancelled series MADtv, and Regular Show made their debuts for the channel in September this year.

All three series currently air on Cartoon Network on Monday nights.
