The network will also, once again, be premiering its fall lineup several weeks into the new season, as opposed to during the season’s official premiere week, when the other networks are rolling out their fall schedules.

Similar to last year, the 2-night-long “iHeart Radio Music Festival” will be used as a special kick off to the network’s season, airing on Oct. 2 and Oct. 3, just a few nights before the CW’s first official scripted premiere of the season.

Speaking of which, that honor will be going to the Ruby Rose-led “Batwoman” this year, as the new superhero spin-off series starts off the CW’s fall schedule with its series premiere Sunday, Oct. 6. It will be paired with the season 5 premiere of “Supergirl,” airing immediately after it at 9 p.m.

“All American” is set to premiere its second season the following night at 8 p.m., while its Monday night lead-out for the season, “Black Lightning,” won’t be returning until Monday, Oct. 21. Reruns of the “Batwoman” and “Nancy Drew” premieres will, meanwhile, be airing in the night’s 9 p.m. hour in the two weeks leading up to its return.

Similarly, while “The Flash” is set to debut the night after “All American,” in its usual Tuesday night 8 p.m. time slot, its lead-out that night will be another repeat of the “Batwoman” premiere. “Arrow” won’t return for its final season until a week later, on Tuesday, Oct. 15, where it will follow “The Flash.”

The network’s only other new series of the fall, “Nancy Drew,” is set to premiere Wednesday, Oct. 9, following the season 4 premiere of “Riverdale” at 8 p.m. Additionally, on Oct. 10, “Supernatural” and “Legacies” are returning in the same Thursday night time slots they occupied this season, with the latter coming back for its final season.

Rounding out the network’s fall schedule, “Charmed” will be premiering on Oct. 11, in its new Friday night 8 p.m. time slot, with “Dynasty” moving to the 9 p.m. hour.
