The network is the second of the 'Big Five' networks to hold an upfront ceremony, following on from NBC's presentation this morning.

Fox megaweight American Idol will return for a tenth season in January 2011 with a new judge to replace the departing Simon Cowell. It stays put on Tuesdays and Wednesdays but will be reduced to episodes of 90 minutes and 30 minutes respectively.

House returns for a seventh season on Monday nights in its usual slot. Kiefer Sutherland's 24 - which airs its series finale next Monday - has traditionally been the medical drama's lead-out, but will replaced from the Fall by Lonestar, a new soapy drama set in Texas.

Bones and Fringe, returning for sixth and third seasons respectively, stay paired on Thursdays.

Breakout hit Glee airs Tuesdays at 8pm from the Fall, leading in to new comedies Raising Hope and Running Wilde. From miseason, the musical drama is shunted to Wednesdays after American Idol.

Additionally, Fox confirmed that Glee would receive the coveted post-Super Bowl slot on Sunday, February 6.

Lie To Me sits alongside Hell's Kitchen on Wednesday nights from the Fall. Gordon Ramsay's other reality series, Kitchen Nightmares, returns at midseason.

Bubble show Human Target has been granted a second season but will have to make do with the less desired Friday, 8pm slot.

New animated comedy Bob's Burgers, about a family that run a burger joint, joins the Sunday animation lineup from midseason.

Shows axed from the lineup include comedies Brothers, Sons Of Tucson and 'Til Death, plus Joss Whedon's Dollhouse and supernatural drama Past Life.

ABC is the next network to reveal its lineup, with an announcement due tomorrow morning.
