The Arsenio Hall Show has been cancelled after one season.
CBS Television Distribution announced today (May 30) that it will not move forward with a second season, despite initially renewing the talkshow back in February.
The company cited an inability to "grow its audience" as reasoning for ending The Arsenio Hall Show.
"When I started this adventure with CTD and Tribune, we all knew it would be a challenge - I'm gratified for the year we've had and proud of the show," Arsenio Hall said of the cancellation.
"I'd like to thank everyone on my staff for rallying around me and striving to make the best show possible every night."
The Arsenio Hall Show was initially hailed as the host's triumphant return to late-night television nearly 20 years after his original show's cancellation in 1994.
The revived talkshow has been taped at Sunset Bronson Studios in Hollywood.
