The reality show, which was hosted by Louise Roe and judged by Jessica Simpson, Nicole Richie and John Varvatos, was apparently struggling to reach its key demographic in its last season.

According to The Wrap, NBC chairman Bob Greenblatt confirmed at the TCA press tour on Saturday (July 27) that the show has indeed been axed.

Premiering in March 2012, the series focused on unknown designers competing in weekly, timed challenges, with winning looks sold in Macy's, H&M and Saks Fifth Avenue stores.

Despite a strong debut, its ratings dipped to about 2.76 million viewers in the 18-49 demographic.

In its first season, hosted by former model Elle MacPherson, the show enjoyed much more stable ratings, with its season finale at 4.81 million viewers.
