Jess Glynne tops singles chart for third week

Jess Glynne has retained her spot at the top of the UK singles chart with ‘Hold My Hand’.

The singer enjoys a third week at number one after fighting off competition from Nick Jonas, whose solo single ‘Jealous’ climbs 111 places into number two.

Years & Years’ ‘King’ rises one place to number three. It is also the most streamed song this week, racking up over 1.87 million listens.

James Bay falls one place to number four with ‘Hold Back the River’, while Ed Sheeran’s ‘Bloodstream’ rounds off the top five.

Stevie McCrorie, having led the singles midweek chart, enters at number six with his debut single – a cover of Adam Levine’s ‘Lost Stars’.

He becomes the highest-charting Voice UK winner, overtaking Andrea Begley whose version of Evanescence’s ‘My Immortal’ reached number 30 in 2013.

Pep & Rash lands at number 17 with ‘Rumors’. Wiz Khalifa’s ‘See You Again’, featuring Charlie Puth, enters at 22 on streams alone, with the Fast & Furious 7 track streamed 1.8 million times.

Meanwhile, Meghan Trainor’s ‘Dear Future Husband’ climbs eight places to number 40, giving the singer her third top 40 hit.
