Battlefield Hardline fends off Bloodborne at top of UK chart

Battlefield Hardline has topped the all-formats charts for a second week running.

The shooter spin-off, which saw the biggest launch of 2015 last week, fought off competition from new release and PS4 exclusive Bloodborne, which debuted in second place.

New entry Borderlands: The Handsome Collection debuted in third place, followed by GTA 5 and FIFA 15 in fourth and fifth respectively.

Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare and Far Cry 4 have risen up the charts thanks to retailer-led promotions, with a price drop seeing The Order: 1886 re-enter the top 10.

Elsewhere, last week’s number two – Final Fantasy Type-0 HD – has dropped ten places to 12th position.
