Tomb Raider remains top of all formats gaming chart

God of War: Ascension has failed to knock Tomb Raider off the top of the all-format weekly chart.

Despite enjoying the second-biggest week-one launch for a God of War game, Ascension sold more than half as many copies as predecessor God of War 3 back in 2010.

Starcraft 2: Heart of the Swarm is this week’s second-highest new entry at three, above fellow new release Sniper: Ghost Warrior 2, which achieves a series high by entering at four.

Elsewhere, SimCity drops to five, The Sims 3: University falls six places to ten, while Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 falls a massive 17 places to 20.
