Nothing surprises me - and I bet they were all Brits 
I went on a Thomas Cooke holiday last year and one young couple - she was in a wheelchair - spent the entire 2 weeks complaining about the disabled facilities at the hotel - other people in wheelchairs got on just fine.
Their intention was to get a free holiday - and I hope they didn't get one
