Launching an expensive helicopter for a 'domestic' incident seems rather profligate to me. - Especially when we're seeing other front-line police services cut back. Image
Of course it'll fit; you just need a bigger hammer.

Suspect arrested in Coventry pub after manhunt

A man who was on the run from police in Coventry was arrested in a city centre pub.

A number of officers and the force helicopter were dispatched on Monday to reports of a man causing damage to a property in the Radford/Keresley area.

Possible sightings of the man were made in Sadler Road, but it wasn’t until later in the day that police arrested the suspect at the Town Crier pub in Corporation Street.

The 27-year-old was arrested on suspicion of burglary at address in Radford and bailed until June 15.
