ITV's Safe House topped the ratings outside of soaps on Monday (May 11), according to overnight data.
The final episode of the Christopher Eccleston drama brought in 4.46m (20.4%) at 9pm, with a further 270,000 (1.8%) tuning in on ITV+1.
Earlier, Wild Ireland interested 2.96m (14.0%) at 8pm (87k/0.4% on +1).
On BBC Two, Antiques Road Trip gathered 1.06m (5.8%) at 7pm, before The Great Chelsea Garden Challenge averaged 1.91m (9.0%) at 8pm, and 70 Million Animal Mummies: Egypt's Dark Secret intrigued 990k (4.5%) at 9pm. Episodes followed with 970k (5.7%) at 10pm.
Channel 4's Damned Designs was seen by 1.51m (7.1%) at 8pm (273k/1.3%), while Benefits Street returned with 2.51m (11.5%) at 9pm (440k/2.9%). The Night Bus entertained 870k (5.9%) at 10pm (169k/2.3%).
On Channel 5, Gotham thrilled 831k (3.8%) at 9pm (86k/0.6%) and Person of Interest brought in 550k (3.5%) at 10pm (67k/0.9%).
Game of Thrones continued to be a ratings success for Sky Atlantic with 1.05m (4.9%) at 9pm, while E4's Made in Chelsea aired to 464k (2.1%) in the same timeslot.
