Hollyoaks' E4 ratings were boosted further on Thursday evening (April 10) as Sinead was finally able to clear her name, overnight figures show.
970k (5.2%) tuned in for E4's first look at 7pm and 181k (0.8%) on +1 as Sinead interrupted Katy's funeral with proof that she didn't poison the youngster.
The figure was the highest for E4's first-look airings since January 9, when 974k watched the aftermath of Finn's attack on John Paul.
Earlier, the arrival of Katy's post-mortem results was seen by 996k (5.9%) at 6.30pm on Channel 4 and 113k (0.6%) on +1.
Meanwhile, Emmerdale's 7pm screening was the most-watched soap of the day on first-run airings. The show attracted 6.19m (33.4%) at 7pm on ITV and 170k (0.8%) on +1 as Donna was revealed to be terminally ill, while 5.93m (27.5%) returned for the second episode at 8pm and 217k (1.1%) on +1.
EastEnders managed 6.11m (31.0%) at 7.30pm on BBC One as Lola was run over by Ronnie. BBC Three's repeat screening secured 341k (2.4%) at 10.30pm.
Over on Channel 5, Neighbours continued with 591k (9.4%) at 1.45pm and 848k (6.3%) at 5.30pm, while Home and Away grabbed 178k (2.8%) at 1.15pm, 565k (3.6%) at 6pm and 371k (2.2%) for 5*'s first look at 6.30pm.
Elsewhere, the latest episode of Doctors had 1.29m (20.7%) at 1.45pm on BBC One.
