The fifth episode of the crime drama climbed to 4.64 million (19.9%) in the 9pm slot. Earlier in the evening at 8pm, Waterloo Road logged 4.02 million (17.8%).
On ITV, the UEFA Europa League coverage picked up 4.05 million (17.8%) for the Spurs v Inter Milan first leg.
BBC Two's The Planners picked up 1.60 million (7.1%) at 8pm, while How To Get To Heaven With The Hutterites was watched by 1.36 million (5.8%) at 9pm. Charlie Brooker's Weekly Wipe ended with 0.8 million (4.4%) at 10pm.
Channel 4's Britain's Secret Shoppers was watched by 0.96 million at 9pm (4.3%) and What Destroyed the Hindenburg intrigued 1.19 million (2%) at 9pm. New series Gogglebox amused 0.7 million (3.95%) at 10pm.
Channel 5 collected an audience of 881k (4.2%) at 9pm with Jack Taylor.
Celebrity Juice continues to prove popular on ITV2, entertaining 1.2 million (6.7%) at 10pm, while the latest Big Reunion episode collected 606K (2.6%) at 9pm.
Graham Norton's Comic Relief Big Chat stunt maintained a steady audience all evening on BBC Three, opening at 7pm with an average audience of 696k (3.1%).
