How about when there's only one trolley left that isn't jammed and somebody's dumped all their :censored: in it? :fuming:

Even worse, some kid's been eating sweets and left his sticky hand prints all over the handlebar. I had to visit the toilet and wash it off my hands before I could continue shopping

Checkout girls who are 'mean' with plastic bags. The way some of them act you would think the cost of the bags was being taken out of their wages?

A seasonal one this:

Xmas cards displayed at the narrowest choke-point in the main aisle so that anyone stopping to browse them blocks everyone else from passing :fuming:

M&S , keep moving their stuff into different areas, then you have to go round like a dizzy cow trying to find what you want.
As if we've got all day to find where they have moved the item you are looking for.
Tesco decided to move their gravy near the sandwiches down the other end of the shop about 5 aisles down from where it was normally kept.!! what's the thinking behind this kind of bizarre idea. :? :censored:

I asked an assistant about a product , they didn't have a scoobie, they just put it on the shelf.

Tesco regularly seem to move things around. - It drives my missus up the wall.
Of course it'll fit; you just need a bigger hammer.

Charity collectors who ambush shoppers at the checkout or at the exit. I'll be avoiding Morrison's on the 21st for that very reason.

If the supermarkets are so keen on giving to charity why don't they donate some their own huge profits?

Exactly!

If I am approached in the street by some charity organization, I just say to them, I don't do direct debit!
And inform them that I'd rather donate by visiting their charity shops, such as Cancer Research or British Red Cross etc. I used to always give to Air Amulance, when they collected the money in boxes, but now they only want direct debit! That annoys me, because I would still give but can't.

Morrisons was like a madhouse on Sunday. You would have thought it was the only day of the year they were open? I was lucky to get served as quickly as I was but abandoned some none essential items as it simply wasn't worth fighting my way through the aisles to reach them.

Speaking of which I don't understand why the aisles in English supermarkets are so narrow when even the smallest American town has supermarkets with aisles wide enough to drive a Cadillac through?
