Unfortunately, the good lady demanded that we watch Poirot, which I found a total let down; even though I admire David Suchet.
I did catch bits of Corrie, Ken Barlow's still as miserable as ever isn't he? And oooh dear, poor Sally. Actually, I'm not sure about running a line on breast cancer. I can see problems developing with this particular storyline, whichever way it pans out.
But boy, was Molly mad? I hope she roasts Kevin's chestnuts well and truly!

I watched the first few minutes then gave up on it. Likewise Victoria Wood and Catherine Tate.pollyanna wrote:Did you see the Royle family on the tv last night?
And no chip shop open around here until Tuesdaypollyanna wrote:....... change of plan for tonight - there's not a Chinese takeaway open anywhere

There are no fish & chip shops open around here until Tuesday so even if Morrisons was open today I'd have nothing hot to eat as soon as I got home. It's not that I can't cook something myself, I just won't feel like it.pollyanna wrote:Our nearest Tesco store opened today apparently.
