The CV7 area saw the sharpest decline last month
Homeowners living on the northern outskirts of Coventry saw their property prices fall faster than anywhere else in the city last month. Houses in the CV7 area - which includes Balsall Common, Exhall, Meriden, Fillongley and Keresley - sold for an average of £354,256 each in the 12 months to September, according to exclusive CoventryLive analysis of the latest price paid data from the Land Registry.
That's down by 1.47% from the year to August, when homes in the area cost an average of £359,521. It's the largest percentage drop of any postcode area in Coventry where there were at least 50 houses sold in those 12 months.
HS2 anyone?
