I ve already seen this. How these get away with such ugly buildings which are nt safe I dont know.
Where was health and safety then?

Even more shocking Melisandre, the exact same architect Rafael Viñoly was responsible for a similar building in Las Vegas three years earlier with equally disastrous results yet no one from the planning department was held accountable for gross dereliction of duty.

Thats interesting they allowed another to be built simular by the same person with the same danger and was nt held accountable for either it just proves these kind can get away with any thing as long as its keeping their rich pals in money never mind the dangers they are causing to the ordinary citizen.
