Gaz had my Alsation dog Sham dont know if you remember her I had to get rid of her because of a one spiteful neighbour so Gaz gave her a new home for me Gaz said later she had pups so I came to your house to see them . How strange Gaz now lives on a canal boat is it on the Coventry Canal I live very close to Coventry canal not far from the Oxford canal has he got a name on his boat I shall look out for it.

Don't know how to take, "you don't recall" me.....is that good or bad?
Gaz and his boat, he moves it every 10 days or so, anywhere between Longford & Bedworth, i'll find out it's name.

There must have been thousands of those CB sets in the UK, every car lorry and van had one. Wonder what happened to them all. I never owned one myself but my two sons had one, that was down in Portsmouth. Does anyone still use them I wonder. In Portsmouth the breakers had what was known as an emergency channel where breakers could relay messages to the emergency services. No longer useful these days when everyone owns a mobile phone.
Melisandre. In your earlier post you mentioned a whole bunch of breakers handles, I cannot remember any of them but during the 'time when CBs were popular I doubt if I spent more than six weeks in Coventry.

Melisandre. Tried to sent a PM, but won't work. Been chatting to Gaz, he said tell you "hi". His boat is named after his daughter who was lost in tragic circumstances, (but i don't want to post it here).

I have discovered where happened to all the CB radios. They are all on E Bay, some at eye watering prices.

I bet the one I had would be even more expensive which had normal channels plus graveyard channels. Thanks for that Jock.
