We have a Gang Show programme for April 1983 which advertises Fiddler on the Roof and Danny La Rue. Shows by Jim Davidson and Dionne Warwick were also advertised in this programme.

I am guessing the posters above the booking office are for forthcoming attractions which would date the picture somewhere between mid and late 1982?

it does look like a nice sunny day in the photo. I will try to find out when the posters for Gang Show went up, I have connections with those that know

It isn't dated but was taken before the 'new' Owen-Owen store was built so I would say around 1950-1952.

The building itself dates from aorund 1938.
