Broadgate Tunnel

Hi dutchman,
firstly, if this is not of interest I don't mind if you delete it or if appropriate move it somewhere else.
During my research into the City's transport history, i've gathered many newspaper cuttings. This is one, from many years back. An article by a Mr Rattigan.
Of note, is his report of a 'concrete tunnel' under Broadgate? I've never seen that mentioned in any book!

Interesting. Thanks
Of course it'll fit; you just need a bigger hammer.

Hi Manor House :laptop_wave:

I'd not heard of that tunnel before either although I do believe the subway under Hertford Street was originally an air raid shelter.

Fascinating stuff thanks

(Please note I've rehosted the pictures to make them easier to view).
