Is there still a staircase up to the top of Greyfriars?

Good question Flapdoodle, I have no idea myself. Following the fatal accident in the Market Clock tower the council would probably have reservations about the public using it, even if it still exists. If I remember corectly, post-war pictures showed the inside of the tower filled with rubble which presumably fell from above.

Are there any images of the insides of the tower?

Don't have any myself. It's possible someone else does?
