Have to admit I would not have identified the location of the 1948 shot if you hadn't told meAm still trying to get my head around it

Thanks for all the welcomey trousers all. Well I think I (or one of the Flickr lot), will have to get out with the camera around Broadgate and see which picture gets the closest angle. Dutchmans notes on the visit were a real surprise and very interesting. I will see if it rings a bell when I see my Mum next.

I think that to replicate the angle today you would need to stand in the precinct somewhere below Broadgate House and your view would be obscured by all the building work which has taken place since then?wetclappersoup wrote:Thanks for all the welcomey trousers all.
