May 2011 bring us all, health, wealth and happiness :cheers:

North Coventry saw the new year in with so many fireworks that I wondered if WW3 had started. My dog had the best idea, she slept through the lot.

The previous two New Years you could have heard a pin drop in Spon End :shock:

Last night was a return to the usual racket. There was a teenage party next door (while I was trying to listen to Jonathan Creek, a very quiet programme). There were fireworks at midnight, loud music at 2.00am and I was finally woken up by kids playing hide and seek in the street at 6.25am :!:

I'm not exactly sure what anyone was celebrating since the local economy is in an even worse state now than it was last year? :roll:
