Received two identical letters from Citizen Housing...

...asking me to test the smoke alarm.

One had no name on it, my house number, wrong street name, correct post code.

Other had neighbor's name, my house number, wrong street name, same post code printed twice!

You'd think a housing association would know where its own tenants live?

Also surprised the postman didn't notice the neighbour's name on one of the envelopes as she's lived here a lot longer than I have. He must be new to the round?
