Supermarket shortages...

Anyone else noticing a shortage of certain items on the shelves, in particular supermarket own-brands?

Yes, but so far it has largely worked to my advantage as Tesco substitute for what they have but only charge for their own brand.

I've particularly noticed it with pet food, unfortunately, this does cause me a spot of grief as my two are very fussy about what they eat.

What happened to pork chops?

I see lamb chops, albeit at hugely inflated prices. Also pork so-called 'loin steaks', which are a lot like chops but extremely tough and without the bone but no pork chops as such.
