Universal Credit cut 'vindictive and indefensible'

...says the man who scrapped Incapacity Benefit, slashed Housing Benefit for private tenants, scrapped women's pensions and phased out the Minimum Income Guarantee for people aged between 60 and 66, Gordon Brown.
