Computer spares are up 400% too. In particular graphics cards as people are stuck at home playing video games all day but also Xeon chips needed for business servers and workstations. I'm told it's a similar story for spares for other items.
Railway models have increased in price by 300% due to a sudden resurgence of interest, again triggered by lockdown. There's been a lot of profiteering as these items were already in stock and although production costs for replacement items have risen, it is nothing like as big as the price increases being asked.
