Anyone else noticed how the BBC when quoting daily death figures, are now emphasising that these are people that had tested positive within 28 days of their death? Kind of takes the emphasis off dying from covid, doesn't it?

I just caught the end of a news bulletin and the suggestion is now to extend the time between doses to 12 weeks. I fail to see how this can possibly have proven in the time we've been 'testing' when we started with a gap of 3 weeks.

The whole thing stinks of lies and incompetency.

Incidentally, I just checked on a site that advises when you are likely to be offered the vaccine. Should I want it (I don't!) I might just be squeezed in before the end of the year!

Covid-19: Queen and Prince Philip receive vaccinations

The Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh have received Covid-19 vaccinations, Buckingham Palace has said.

A royal source said the vaccinations were administered on Saturday by a household doctor at Windsor Castle.

The source added the Queen decided to let it be known she had the vaccination to prevent further speculation.

The Queen, 94, and Prince Philip, 99, are among around 1.5 million people in the UK to have had at least one dose of a Covid vaccine so far.
