German Xmas Market - Birmingham

Has anyone been to the Market in recent years as the family really enjoy a visit as although it is a bit expensive, it is a good night out and allows you to be adventurous but take a wad of the folding stuff with you as temptation is there in abundance

Can't help you there Redrum - do you not fancy the real thing in Germany - or Belgium even:?:

These Christmas markets do seem to be catching on around the country.

Have done quite a few over the years in Germany but the Frankfurt Market in B'Ham takes some beating and the German Xmas Stollen Cake is an absolute must and it melts in your mouth but we always sample the Gluwein which is a hot German wine and very nice on cold day/night

Sounds like a good night out Redrum - if I lived up there I'd be tempted to go myself.

Leo, what era are you living in. The bombing was 70 years ago and Germany is now in the EU so what is the problem :?
