COVENTRY MESSAGE BOARD

Went online to confirm my register details a couple of weeks ago then shredded the paper form. This morning I receive a printed 'reminder' to confirm my details and threatening me with a £1,000 fine. Go online again and the website tells me I've already confirmed my details!

I know it's only a small amount of finance involved, but you won't be the only one: multiply this up and it can become significant.

If CCC can't get little things like this right, what hope have we for more expensive things? The waste inside CCC must be quite substantial.
