5.00pm to 10pm only.

Can't remember any fish & chip shop being open on a Sunday before?

Greasy Joe's (3Js) on the Bedworth road has long been open on Sunday evening. Not certain how late the guys that have it presently keep it open.

The Chippy by the scout hut at the Wyken Slough also used to be open Sunday.

the Marina on Westhill Road has always been open on a Sunday but I think that this may be because there is the Cedars on one side and Christ the King Club on the other. He gets a lot of trade all through the week from the kebab munchers.
anyway, nice chippy and very generous portions.

I forgot to mention the medium sized fish & chips with optional peas or curry sauce is still only £3.50 at the Spon End Fish Bar which must make it one of the best bargains in the city?

What's sad that is that the Fish Bar is the last fish & chip shop in the immediate area when this was once the fish & chip capital of the world. There's a good one the other side of the ring road but it only opens at night to cater for visitors to the Odeon complex and isn't very convenient for people actually living in Spon End.
