The parties of this country should hang their heads in shame but no they the big rich boys could nt give a dam and look down on any one weaker than them as long as their bank accounts stay full on the back of these people who have made them rich who then make these people beg and be humiliated.

Ah, worshiping the little God of money. :fuming:

Sadly, at present everything revolves around money, but things are possibly starting to change. I've seen a big resurgence in bartering recently and can't help wonder about how crypto currencies will change things. Maybe the days of our current masters are coming to an end?

Let's hope it does change Rebbonk. As for bartering I recall some years back we had simular here eg some one would repair some ones car in exchange for a couple of hair cuts etc. On garden sites they still do this digging a garden or up keep in exchange for having fruit and veg from it or using part of their garden to grow their plants or fruit and veg but don't tell the councilors or government or they will have the tax man after the people that barter. ;)

As I remember it was actually Gordon Brown's government which told local councils to stop housing benefit to anyone refused Jobseeker's Allowance or ESA.

According to this video you can still claim housing benefit if they stop your money but not under Universal Credit.

They are all the same Dutchman all as one they all have to vote to pass things in parliament the Lib Lab Con as their saying goes they are all in it together and people are now waking up to this. It was Labour who first started to selling off NHS services to private companys but Conservative carried It on it was Labour also who started the testing if disability making mental health people kill them selves or in a lot of cases made them homeless but Conservative carried that on too so how can this be opposition.

They kept that quiet, it'll affect a lot of elderly couples. For example where a 65 year old man is married to a 60 year old woman, neither will be able to claim Housing Benefit.

There are more changes which affect the elderly listed here:

It does nt mention if people who are claiming benefits or low paid workers either who get housing benefit.
Thank you for the link.
Why don't they just put us all out of our misery and get the gas Chambers out and be done with it.

If they thought they could get away with it they would. As it is, more subtle ways are being used to remove us. Of course, the problem that they haven't yet foreseen, is that once we're gone, who will do all their bidding and dirty work for them?
